Does it need to be refrigerated?

No.

For best quality, simply store your Keepsake Cake in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Refrigeration is not recommended.

Is it okay to display before eating?

Absolutely.

Every order includes a complimentary printed gift message at no additional cost.

Simply enter your message during checkout, and we'll professionally print your note on our signature Keepsake Cake message card.

If you'd rather write your own message, simply leave the gift message box blank and we'll include a blank card instead.

Is the gift message handwritten?

No.

To create a polished luxury presentation, all gift messages are professionally printed.

How is my Keepsake Cake packaged?

Every Keepsake Cake is carefully placed on a gold cake board, wrapped in a crystal-clear gift bag, finished with an elegant satin ribbon, and includes our signature Keepsake Cake gift tag.

Will my cake arrive safely?

Every Keepsake Cake is handcrafted to order and carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives beautifully. Each cake is wrapped with protective materials and securely packed for shipping throughout the continental United States.

While we take great care in packaging every order, once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery conditions are outside of our control. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll be happy to review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Warm Weather Shipping

White chocolate is naturally sensitive to heat. During periods of extreme temperatures, we recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery and avoiding extended time outdoors or inside vehicles.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each Keepsake Cake is handcrafted to order.

Please allow 2–3 days for us to carefully create your cake before shipment.

To help protect your Keepsake Cake during warmer months, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday whenever possible. This helps reduce the chance of packages sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Can I schedule an order for a special occasion?

Absolutely.

We recommend ordering a little early since Keepsake Cakes have a long shelf life. Many customers purchase ahead of birthdays, bridal showers, weddings, and holidays so they're ready for the celebration.

Is this a real cake?

Keepsake Cake isn't a traditional baked cake.

Instead, it's a handcrafted gourmet crisp cake covered in premium white chocolate with an edible chocolate flower, creating the appearance of a luxury celebration cake while offering a much longer shelf life.

Does it contain common allergens?

Yes.

Keepsake Cakes contain milk and soy.

They are produced in a home kitchen that may also process other common allergens. If you have severe food allergies, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I send a Keepsake Cake directly as a gift?

Absolutely.

Many of our customers send Keepsake Cakes directly to friends, family members, newly engaged couples, brides-to-be, coworkers, and loved ones across the country.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each Keepsake Cake is handcrafted to order and is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can make it right whenever possible.
